Need virtual card which can work on Paypal or Fiverr

Hello, I am from India and I have a Fiverr account. I want to create multiple fiverr accounts
to give reviews to my main seller's account.

I can easily make a Fiverr account of any country by using a VPN but I can not use Indian cards on
Fiverr while placing the order for my main gig. They will come to know about it and I can get in real trouble.

So I am looking for a virtual card that I can attach to PayPal and then use that PayPal for placing orders from Fiverr.
I have tried few virtual cards which are easily available in India and the cards are even getting added on PayPal

But I am not able to do international transactions from that virtual cards.

Can someone please tell me how can I get the virtual cards for PayPal international transactions?
Or any other way to create Fiverr accounts for giving reviews?

You can try paybymoon but only for direct payment as Paypal is not supported ( from their faq) , but its not specified if its not supported to link the card or pay by guest mode

You can use US VCC with Indian account, did I just today.

VCC cost with balance is something that you should check first.

You can get reviews from real accounts by posting in HAF section cheaper.
