Need URL shortener script (just like *******, shorte.st etc)

Hello!

I am in the process of setting up my own url shortener and have bought a 2 letter domain. Was going to use it most for personal reasons, but I
thought why not monetize it with ads just like *******, shorte.st and all the others do.
The plan is to let users shorten their links, and let them make a little $ when somebody clicks the link.
Will need membership feature, tracking, admin etc

And maybe proxy detection if its possible.

So does anyone know of any scripts that can do this?

Looked at the adshortX, gourl.us (wurlie), and a couple of codecanyon scripts like "premium url shortener". Maybe some of you guys here run similar sites and can offer som advice.
