Need UK leads, preferably opt-in

Hi,
I need UK contact number leads (preference of landline number is higher than mobile number). The requirement is for tech support. Fresh leads or opt-in leads both are welcome.
It is a continuous requirement (like I'll be buying every week, with increasing amount and frequency with time), so please let me know if you can help me out.

Just scrape the BT phone book, you can get it online.

Problem with BT phone book is that it doesn't show if somebody owns a computer/laptop and whether he/she needs tech support or not.
