Traffic is one of the main thing in successful IM. People are really working on it and always think how to get the right traffic, noone will tell you a secret phrase or way to do it as it is not overnight job, i may lead you in the right path by telling about WhiteHat or BlackHat SEO constantly building a strong SEO to your blog might help you more than it looks like. Read around in BHW about SEO, guys share really good ideas and ways to get traffic using it

Put in some quality content and then do on page and off page SEO.

I started to work on a blog on my free time, will contribute to the community if I manage to score some bucks.
First of all - align your photos so they don't stick out from the background 
And yep - you have to build backlinks.
In addition to them, you can invest a bit into content ad networks ( I had good experience with Nster and Zemanta).
Since you're having a real estate blog, you may want to hit classified ads websites - kijiji, oxl, craigslist and post some property reviews with the link to your blog there.

First of all you should fixed your images properly.... and then do some classified listing ..... but I dont think so you will get traffic real estate is really a competitive market you need to try some thing good
