Need Traffic Bot Browser Bot In #C

Hello,

Looking for someone that can develop for me a traffic software in #C .

Software must be able to:

Load User Agents And Use Random From List On Each Visit
Load Proxies And Use Random From List On Each Visit (and or have possibiliy to not use proxies if I want to use personal ip)
Load Websites From A Text file And Visit Random
Load Cookies from a text file
Want to be able to set number of threads to run software with (max 1000 Threads)
Software must be able to set referers
Software must use Browsers
Software must have time delay between threads
Software must stay on landed website for a time I set

Software must have stats : Success Visits, Failed Visits

NOTE: AFTER SOFTWARE IS DONE, I NEED SOURCE FILES + SOFTWARE ITSELF

NOTE 2: SOFTWARE MUST BE CREATED in #C , not other coding language.

Budget for this is $50.

well using a real browser even headless via selenium to automate 1000 threads is gonna use a TON of RAM and CPU.
it all can be done with raw HTTP requests, no need for a browser.
that being said, nobody but a hobby programmer with too much time will do it for $50 ..
add a zero to your budget and you maybe find someone, but normally any professional coder will charge more (especially if you want the source too, that usually costs extra).

50$ are you serious?

As others have said : You should def think about increasing your budget.

This fellow is definitely not serious if he could have the effrontery to suggest $50.

I am a professional python, selenium expert and can help with Bot development.
