Need To Win Paypal Dispute Digital Item??

I sell digital goods - domains and I cannot tell you the amount of times I get scammed from domain buyers.

They purchase several domains (terrible ones too) and then they say the transaction was not authorized and win the dispute.

I lost nearly $1,000 in domains this year because of this and then I finally consulted with people on how to get this to stop.

Edit: Just want to let you guys know that those domain buyers do not have the domains since I took them away, they didn't pay for them so why should they own the domain.
Yeah,do u want to reveal how to stop as it is really a pain to get thru these guys....Anyone else with a solution ,please offer as well??

darklegion's response describes my situation right now... but I was not able to quote his post since BHW says it triggered the moderation system.

Anyway in my case I was the buyer and victim. I have proof for absolutely EVERYTHING, but from what I have read and from what I am reading here, it almost seems that PayP-al flips a coin to determine how to handle disputes involving digital goods.

Could someone out there with experience please tell HOW you successfully presented your case to PayP-al?

Would it be beneficial if my attorney conducts dispute with PayP-al instead of myself?

You have two things going for you: Paypal sides with buyers, as was already mentioned. And it was a digital item, so the seller cannot prove it was sent to you. You don't need a lawyer, and you would lose money hiring one (unless the digital item was worth thousands). What I would recommend is not mentioning it is a digital good at first, and simply file a dispute for item not received. Fill out the information and simply say "seller never sent item. Seller won't respond to my emails." and you should have your money back soon.

I'm in the process of opening a PP dispute for a crappy Clickbank course. Might get lucky!
