Need to send various Tweets from 100 real Twitter accounts!

I'm trying to send various messages from about 100 real Twitter accounts to a person who is tough to reach. I want to Tweet them from many accounts to ensure the message gets noticed. I've seen Fiverr deals but want this to look legit and need to pull it off without spending a ton of money.

Anyone have access to many accounts or know a way? Must look genuine though.

Only way to do this would to buy some accounts from someone on BHW and then have a bot do it. I mean there is other ways like finding a Twitter exchange site but at the moment this is the only idea that comes to mind.
