I'm selling something on the internet, wich is a property, a imovel, but it s almost a year and not even a person showed interest on it, and i think whith the correct digital marketing strategies could sell it in a more efficient way, if the announce appear for facebook, instagram, Google, etc, for the people really interested on buy it using Marketing Digital etc

I'm talking about a real state, it's already annouced in a web site by a real state agent, I would like to know if there is a way of making this announcement appear for people with real potencial to buy it, I'm talking about traffic analisis, pay per clik links etc, you know how could i do that?

If I put the link of the announcement here, you could do the engagement of the link in my area, using key words, I also see announcements appear directly on facebook timeline or instagram, you know how to do that or someone who knows?

I don't know anyone who does that but you do want to use social media as well as that often ranks well.
At one time I had some 100 pages on FB for a different niche, and they ranked well in Google until FB caught me and deleted all of them.
I was a bit extreme so don't be extreme.
You can post a request in the hire a freelancer subforum if you are not comfortable, or think someone could do better, and I'm sure people will respond with offers.

There's already an announce of it in a real estate agent web site, actually more than one, but not have people interested on it, maybe should appear in some more place, use pay per clik strategies.

I don't typically share the niches I'm involved with, but in general, I have always targeted business, finance, and employment. I know a little bit about that world, and if I market, I stay in my lane.
Ranked well in Google means the pages showed up on the first page of Google, and that's usually a pretty good thing for us IMers.
Do you know how to build a site using Wordpress?

If you have a page for that exact property, with content that is specific to that property, that area, that neighborhood, you will probably have it show up in the top ten below the sponsored posts (BTW) Google once said they would not sell advertising in their search engines but they have changed their business model).
An IMer, internet marketer.
It sounds to me you would be best served outsourcing this project to someone that can help you on a professional level.

You need to learn local SEO as applied to your Wordpress real estate website
Create a website for each of your surrounding cities that promote that property
THEN, unlike all the other real estate agents, treat it like a normal website.
Add articles, affiliate ads, PLR giveaways, photos about the city, weather widgets, etc
Things that are happening, events, best restaurant, etc
