Need to recover an Instagram account

I need to recover my friend's Instagram account as soon as possible, since it has been banned for no reason at all (he never violated any terms). He is depressed and some pictures of his deceased mother which he can't access anymore were posted there. I'm willing to pay if it's required, but his account must be unbanned ASAP. Please, someone help me!

EDIT (since I can't reply): The option of download all data is not working. Also, it's not only for that, since it was a personal account which was banned for no reason at all.

If its just about the pictures now you can download all the data of the account if it was banned. You get that prompt when you login through app.
