I have ranked many sites, and now try to create on affiliated websites but it takes time and i need some clients for earning and starting my own small setup ..

I don't know if you're looking for a serious answer so I'll just suggest what others said, apply to Mcdonalds or Burger King. If you work 40 hrs a week at Mcdonalds that's $200-250 a week which is enough to get you started

There might be a work around for opening a BST for new members, if you are that good, let a mod review your work -
Btw, you need to work on improving your English, doesn't take much time. Most buyers these days don't really like being called "Dear Sir", I buy tons of services from BHW marketplace, most high-end sellers don't address their clients like that. I do client work as side project as well and most of the time just a simple "Hi" and calling by their names are sufficient from what I learned.

Probably the best way would be to build a viral site, though that game has became more difficult.

Making money online takes a long time.... and patience.. I would suggest maybe a temp job in the mean time? To invest in your business and keep your family steady? Even doing freelance jobs sometimes pay bi-weekly or most of the time monthly.
I'm building my own business right now and it is taking longer then expected to complete even the website. And my business is web design. I just refuse to outsource any of the work and got determined to do everything 100% by my self to show my skills and quality.
I don't plan to make ANY money from this venture for at least a few more months. Plan ahead, and in the mean time, as much as I hate to say, you might be better off conforming to the normal world for a month or two so you can gain assets and investment.
