That's the actual question you need answer for. If you are an expert, it shouldn't be that hard to make money right? Moreover, don't limit yourself within client work only, Build your own assets as you make more money from client work.
I won't give you any advice or answer, 'cause the answers you are looking for can be found by a bit of research.

Can't you ask any relatives for loans?
Buying a house is not really important. Give it 5 years, with enough hard work, you can buy any house you want.
