Need to make $20 a day ASAP

hey if you got $10 to invest I have a way for you to make $120 a day....it requires talking to people daily for this to happen!

Then buy the domain, rank it first page and then work to sell that domain to London Doctors for more than $1500. At that point all London Doctors would be prospective clients. Seriously dude, this works. I do it. I've made money doing it. It doesn't take long to do. Brings in serious cash quickly. You can even scale it up by outsourcing the design to cheap labor. Twist my idea and upcharge for Google Places listings.

I might suggest doing something with your guitar/music skills on a website but thats more of a long-term solution

Why not try putting up Fiverr gigs and placing yourself in a competitive manner either by quantity of backlinks or quality (high PR or contextual) or a combination of the two. You can find some backlink lists here or other sites. You can also repeat on tenrr and all fiverr-like sites. Likewise with your guitar/music skills.

Personally, you should take my suggestion as a backup and thus passive approach. While you wait for sales you can work on something else more proactive.

Obviously it doesn't make sense to you... when OP reads the forums, esp the methods, he/she will get the knowledge and also know the need to take ACTION.

Don't ever read the surface of an 'advice', dip yourself a further down and you'll understand the whole meaning.

I was just inferring that reading only doesn't mean anything without actually doing....

Maybe you need to get a quick part-time job that's gonna pay the bills, IM takes now huge time and effort. there are no get-rick-quick-schemes in 2013

Offer singing gigs for fiverr, check out what other people do with music on fiverr, create a featured video where you sample your work, mention fiverr in the video either through text or singing about it and you will get top placement for a couple of days and that should bring you in the dough bro.

You can do it ;)

Seriously though, there was a thread recently where a guy suggested a method of posting on forums called post loop or something. You comments on threads and start them, think he said he was making five bucks in an hour and the payout was quick.

Some commented that they weren't accepted, but another poster n the thread then offered to get members here accepted, will try to find the thread for you.

This thread is an absolute gold mine of information, you guys have no idea how much I appreciate it. I'm sure you get plenty of these threads so I'm really thankful for all the suggestions.

The 3 ideas that really stuck out to me are article writing, PostLoop, and monetizing YouTube music covers. Possibly a combination of the 3. I'm an excellent writer and excel at research, plus the courses I took in uni should definitely help. Also, being able to make money doing what I love (music) would be incredibly rewarding. These are all great ideas and I really think I have a chance at making it work.

Still working on getting a steady job as well, I've got a few call backs so things might be looking up. Thanks a ton BHW!

I rank PostLoop up there with Fiverr. But the only way you can make 20$ a day on Postloop is if you work 16 hours a day. UNLESS you are a great AND FAST writer, then consider it. A good 3-5 hours a day pure writing can net you 5$, but it really depends.

Don't have them buy the domain themselves. You're selling a service. That service is all inclusive. These people don't know jack about what to buy. You'll have to be their know all. You buy it. Hopefully you'll buy one that is more like "AtlantaDUIAttorney" instead of "SmithsLawFirm" as the traffic will be MUCH better. That's your job to make sure to get the correct domain. Same thing with the premium wordpress theme. They don't even know what that is; much less give a shit. They just know that you the guru is going to build them a website; From scratch for all they know. Don't let them into your world. Make it simple. They want a website and you provide it. You give them the keyword research, the domain, the WP theme, the design, the hosting, the whole freakin thing; and in return they pay you a fee. It's no different than buying a gallon of milk dude. You just go buy it. You don't want to have to help the farmer milk the cow do you? No. You just want to pay for the gallon of milk and be done with it. This is no different.

Glad I could help. I"m no guru when it comes to all the ways to make money in IM. In fact, I still feel like noob with most of the methods. But the method I outlined just made sense to me the very first time I heard it. Since then I've banked some real money with it. When you run out of clients in one city, just get a local phone number(google how to get a local phone number) for the next closest big city and start all over. Or you can always do what I do. I just signed up for a toll free 800 number and forward the number to Answer America where a live receptionist answers every call 24/7. She takes a name/number and texts and emails me the message instantly. The toll free number makes me look legit all across the country and puts prospective clients at ease. The toll free number is cheap like $4/month or something and the receptionist is pay as you go on the cheap. Good luck!
