Need To Kill This Page FAST

pm me if its in a contractor type niche i know a few sites that will rank in few days higher then the actual company site.

Mine's not a contractor type niche. For whatever reason I can't change the front page of google. I can get a G+ profile, Pinterest, etc up there but nothing stays long, and then it's back to the same 3.

I even got more domains with the same keywords in the title: nothing.

As far as charging for fake reviews, I have proof that mine is fake b/c I have documentation: person tried to claim a contract issue and I have proof the contract did not begin when they said it did and I have signed proof of other things they claim they did not agree to. The state even found in my favor when this person tried to report it. She then went and put the same complaint online. Now it's encouraged another vague complaint a year later, after I had dropped it to page 3 on google. I wonder if its her bringing it up. Ia leo heard if you don't pay pissed consumer they will put fake reviews themselves. This new one reaks of someone who has never set foot in my business b/c they would not refer to certain things by those words if they had. In addition they claim a loss that is not a price point we offer and advocate that they never did business with us (so how can you have a loss) and there there's a whole shebang about how people should "go check out the competition".

I suspect it might be my competition as well, as there's no real substance to the complaint.

I have a. Costomer who was fucked over by a service provider she reported it to the b b b the complant went on his file online the assjack was able to get it removed by filinga bullshit case in small clames court then he contacted the 3 B told them he was suing her and they droped the complant. There is a very simlpe method to keep the case tied up in court for years and you can handel it pro say - you don't need a lawyer. This assjack did not know how to do this and it went to court in less that thirty days he lost had to pay her and its back on 3 B if the assjack new how to keep it hung up in court he could have gotten away with it.

Everyone tells me to go to court and every time I talk to an attorney I get blown off..... It's very frustrating.

Just contact offending site and explain your situation...
I'm not happy with facebook too, but dont plan to throw negative seo on them, it's senseless

I did, they want to charge me $900 to remove it and didn't even care to see my proof. Then when I told them no this other review very vague in nature showed up.....

Doing some link building for the 10 pages that currently rank below them is the best bet, because they already have some age and authority since they're ranking there in the first place. Try to stick with do-follow links if possible. Just whip up 10 quick campaigns on GSA and let them run over the month.

Facebook Page, Twitter Profile, LinkedIn group or company page, Google+ Profile (or Page), Yelp Business listing, 2 YT videos with keyword in title/tags/description and keyword as file name before uploading, 2 Press Releases from high authority, high pagerank press release service domains. Make all of them perfectly optimized for the offending keyword. Blast the shit out of all of them. Should solve your problem.

You don't need an attorney to file in small claims court, you can do it your self. I will tell you how to keep it tied up in court for at least two years just PM me I'm not selling the information it is just that I will never put the info on a public form and if you will agree to do the same by agreeing to keeping the information confidential by telling me so in your PM I let you know. However, my mane point is you don't need to pay an attorney to file a lawsuit in small claims court. Its easy to do and its done by non attorneys 10 of millions of times a year in the US by regular people filing pro se lawsuits.

I am not for sure on this but could you use proxys and file complaints on pissed consumer about the other guys ranking on the page for the KW. just spam the hell out of them with hundreds of complainants so the your guys complaint get buried behind hundreds of other ones. When they go through the same thing you are trying to get off of PC they will respond that this is not my customer and you do the same so after someone looks it up and see 100s of this is not my customer and if they ever get to your customers complaint you will be hiding in plain sight. You will only have 1 pissed off customer and the other guys have hundreds.

You could even file some new complaints about your self sounding like a total crazy mean spirited ahole and you worked out the problem with them and than became raving fans by posting how great you guys are on that forum as a follow up and lots of other forums in the same made up customer names; of course you will be leaving links to the new positive revues on the follow up post.

If you really want the page gone, pay me $1000. I will pay the owner of PissedConsumer the $500 he wants to remove the page and keep the other $500 as profit.

The owner of PC rins a scam site similar to ROR, the difference is that the owner of PC only charges a onetime fee to remove content where as ROR charges an outrageous sign up fee for the CAP program and a monthly maintenance fee and does not remove pages.

I have been trying all of this for weeks and I can't get any rankings to budge. I drop the pissed consumer to last and a few days later it comes back up.

I also have been working a interest and it won't budge past page 2. neither will G+. Yelp never shows up, not sure why. I a going to keep at it, but I'm not sure what's wrong.

Also did a pr web release, it went up fast and now it dropped to page 2.

I have been working to do that with all social media with exact keyword in addition to multiple websites with business name (the keyword) and separate blogs, etc. It drops for a bit and comes up. I'm not sure why I can't kick G+ , Pinterst, Twitter, etc on the front page. All have the exact word and I'm making multiple posts. the first time I had sunk pissed consumer fast.

However your only going to send it to all of the serp and when you send take down notice G send it all of their sites also send them a letter with the take down via certified mail as well. don't bother sending one to PC's host they will just send a file counter claim and try to section 230 it. But if they don't know it the serp are not going to notify them and posably get tied up in a legal fight with CP when they have lot of pendinglegal action filed allready.

i would recommend creating on that same website new reports for the same keyword with another fake company inside.Shoot backlinks at these sites and hope that these will outrank their own page for the given keyword

I don't want to hijack the thread b/c i came on here with a similar problem but me yes I fixed the problem. It was trending on page 1 and I could not do anything about it forever, then suddenly all my work must have paid off. It was dropped to page 3-4 (varies position).

The odd thing is, I view the complaint very few times from the site directly. The # of views according to the site has dropped (pissed consumer tells you how many views). But It now has 2 likes of people who found it helpful and 3 negatives (didn't find it helpful). It used to have 0. Odd, considering it's not had any more views.
Also it seems pissed consumer has ranked the same page/ content 5 times. bc when i type in specific words from the complaint it shows me 5 different spots on google, with the same complaint but different URL>

I personally think it's pissed consumer doing it. The words used in my complaint describing my business are not words someone would use b/c they do not fit my business. An example might be someone describing a fruit stand selling candy. Well, if you've been to the fruit stand, you know there's no candy.

The other option is that it's my competition. They just closed down this month. It could possibly have been them if they were having a hard time. (came up 4 months before they shut down quick)

whoever is doing it has seo knowledge and is attempting to do it for seo I can tell by the way it's written. In addition, I had 1 complaint on there that I mentioned from years ago from a customer who made the same complaint to the state and lost b/c she was proven wrong. she went and put it there for retaliation. The complaint is written like a ramble, not for seo, and like a mad crazy woman. It was easy to get rid of and even though it's much older google didn't index it 5 x like they did this newer (much shorter) complaint.

I am going to keep my work going to keep it pressed down, but its very frustrating. Personally, I think they should make some kind of law, I am 100% for free speech, but it should not be allowed to do anonymously like this. I heard some judge in CA is now making it illegal to make revenge porn sites and things anonymously. Perhaps it's a step in the right direction. After all, someone who's is truly wronged by a company would have no problem putting their name. While I personally wouldn't write something like that, if I did, against a business that did me wrong, I would be willing to put my name, b/c Im willing to say it's true.

Anyone have any further insight into the pissed consumer tactics? Are they changing their ways or something and that's why the site is now indexed more? TIA

I did a FTC complaint and google complaint based on their extortion. I need to try this next. But I am having trouble understanding what to do, can you explain, kindly?
