its over a month, still its not disappear

What you can do is just mark it permanently closed if the business is closed, Google hardly show closed business when service keywords are searched.
If you search with the business name, it may appear for very long term even if you have marked it closed permanently, it will stop appearing with exact business name search only when there is new business appearing because of similar name, until that it will show it but will show as closed (if you have marked).
If you have just deleted your GMB listing from your account without marking it temporary or permanently closed, then you just given up your access to manage it, listing is not deleted there, it can be visible and will appear in keyword and brand name searches.

right now I don't have access of this but its showing and it creating legal issues, I have also mark it as permanently closed, but still no response

TO delete a GMB from following step select the business you want to delete,check on info from the menu, check on remove this listing.Before deleting your GMB you consider the following steps it may affect your business's online visibility, it can affect on your search ranking,making it as permanently closed you consider it.

I have already delete it, and now I have no access, and its still showing on google, now what should I do
