Need to delete google gmb

What you can do is just mark it permanently closed if the business is closed, Google hardly show closed business when service keywords are searched.
If you search with the business name, it may appear for very long term even if you have marked it closed permanently, it will stop appearing with exact business name search only when there is new business appearing because of similar name, until that it will show it but will show as closed (if you have marked).

If you have just deleted your GMB listing from your account without marking it temporary or permanently closed, then you just given up your access to manage it, listing is not deleted there, it can be visible and will appear in keyword and brand name searches.

right now I don't have access of this but its showing and it creating legal issues, I have also mark it as permanently closed, but still no response

You should have reached out to a pro before you removed it from your account so that it could have correctly.
Merely removing a listing from your account doesn't guarantee it will be removed from Google's index.
