Need Tips and Suggestions for Indexing Backlinks

When I create a backlink it does not indexed by google and become a waste. I already used my 3 personal PBNs (newly created and have little to no traffic) and some of free ping tools available online even every blog post are made with standards SEO blogging. I tried comment backlink for my backlinks and still it does not get indexed.

I wanted to ask for tips how to fast index backlink and some SEO tools are worth buying currently I wanted to buy GSA Indexer just to index my backlink faster, and yes I do aware some backlinks do get indexed fast and some even need 1 month or more.
FYI : my PBN niche are game review and crypto should I change my niche and created solely for indexing backlinks

Some of my backlinks are from free contextual or profile sites so indexing with GSC is out of the option but I'll try promoting my backlink to various social platform tho, thank you

Submit to GSC, most of the time this is all you need to do.
If you're trying to index tiered links, they might need a little help - look at services like SpeedyIndex for this case.
