Need TikTok downloader and compiler bot

Hello, I need a bot that makes thoses tasks:

• Download tiktok video
• Make all the downloaded videos in one videos (no transition needed)

Functions that I need to include in the bot to be easy to use:

• Search function
• Multiple choosing of videos before downloading

So to clarify the idea.. the bot should let me search for videos using keywords, show me a list of related videos, let me selects multiple videos to be downloaded then finally I download all of them in one video (a compilation of chosen videos).

I'm looking for the most suitable budget offred by you guys to start working.
