Need T-shirt designer. making ultra-personalised designs. In general process is:
1. Look at prospect's tiktok/instagram and find their core niche and what audience expects
2. Brainstorm ideas of some good designs
3. Use any tools at your disposal such as midjourney to prompt good images (NOTE: You cannot automate this. aesthetic work is required!)
4. Process image with illustrator & photoshop
I don't think you need art experience, but an eye for aesthetic certainly required. Some examples will be shown once you contact me
Note: Income is not regular. designs can be once a week or 5 times per week. Looking for person that understands that we are a growing business.
