Need suggestion on good ad networks

I have a website with 10K visitors daily, and I have tried every pop up network I can. All show wrong impressions count.
Tried Propellerads, ClickAdu, Admaven, Popads.net, adcash, etc. I configured to show one ad every 8 seconds.the average time spent by an user is 1 minute and 30 seconds.. So the least amount of impressions should be 60000 impressions per day, with counting only one min for duration.
But all networks show incorrect impressions.
Propellerads show the maximum impressions. Others are very poor., but Am siure users see those ads. Anyone can suggest a good alternative??
My website is a download Website, co can't try adsense and related networks.

Some networks wont even trigger ads for some geos and might have 0 CPM for india lets say . Whats even more annoying they are not straightforward. I have also encountered douchebugs with banner ads that trigger f pop ups . Messaged and got no reply . Good cpm but no thanks .

why dont you use affiliate marketing? You can ear WAAAAAAASY MORE!

Like adsterra does? Yeah, you´re absolutely right, but demand may also vary times to times, as advertisers there come and go.
 
Am earning just $2 / day per website. Am using push notifications.
 
I have 10k visitors per day, but if I use pop ups, I get only 7k-8k impressions, although I am showing pop ups every 5 seconds. Each user spends 1 minute and 30 seconds average.
But no ad network shows me all the impressions.
 
I have one more Adsense website, can I redirect traffic from this website to that Adsense website? This website that has traffic is rejected by Adsense.

Both propeller and clickadu bump the stats and Clickadu will have atleast 300% fake traffic reported.
