Need suggestion for Setting Workflow

I have a team with 15 members. some off members having huge knowledge about digital marketing, content writing, White hat SEO Skill. I want to know that is there any process that we able to Earn $1000/day by working 10 hours a day. Our Team having 15 members & most person are expert. we want to test the system in our free time.
