Need someone who can kill a google listing

There is a competitor in my city overcharging the elderly and ripping off people, so much so that one of his workers told me the guy has to drive around with a gun. I'm looking for someone who knows how to kill his google map listing. Please pm. Thanks so much

I am not providing this as advice.

But hypothetically, if one got a large quantity of high quality spam links that have multiple Google flags up currently. They would point it to the website and it will be penalized and derank over time.

Along with competitive keywords and outranking the current website in whichever category it may be.

Again, all this is just hypothetical. It may be too strong of a listing and verified. And again please don't do this, purely provided for informational purposes.

You've been here since 2008, just use some tactics that used to work back in 2008 and I'm sure it will sink anything lol.

But on a serious not, negative SEO doesn't work like it used to.

Oh right and also this ^^

When I see:

1) Need someone who can kill a G listing
2) There is a competitor

I have a hard time being objective in my thoughts as Neg stuff is for the weak minded and nothing more than a chicken feathers move usually.

If the business is operating improperly, go to the local media, if he is operating illegally, go to the cops as most entities in those areas are against anything that would hurt the elderly.

Top that all off with you starting 3 threads with the same topic in just a short time frame and I'm disinclined to think this holds water.

The new negative SEO is moving other results around something UP rather than attacking a listing DOWN. Finding some good deserving sites and pushing them up has a similar effect, but isn't lowdown and dirty.

That's why you're a bad businessman. I constantly see you posting about negative SEO or specifically anything that could be possibly interpreted as promoting anything detrimental to an opposing business as being "weak" or "cowardly".

Guess what, newsflash, the real world doesn't care. You have a hard time being 'objective' with the negative practices because YOU are weak minded. Otherwise, you would accept it as part of the game and an anti-competitive practice that exists everywhere in the business world.

Sorry your personal beliefs, religion, ethics, or what have you makes it difficult for you to 'accept', well guess what, it's a part of life and you need to deal with it to be as successful as possible in any business you undertake. Whether that means handling it when it comes up or countering it when it affects you directly. It's important as a businessperson to be open and aware of everything in your environment.

And you wonder why you have over 12,000 posts and yet still remain a mod in training. You need a change of mentality.

For the record, I hate negative SEO and I am glad it doesn't really play as much anymore, or at least in the same way, but at least I'm realistic and understand how positive and negative business practices work.

Why not strive to push your site further up the rankings? It will have the same effect as bringing your competitor's site down. Surely you going up + them going down is better than you staying where you are + them going down?

He is a competitor? Why not put the effort in outranking him other than trying to kill his google maps listing?

Thanks to everyone who responded! I do apologize to the admins/community as when I hit submit thread the following page came up with a error in firefox and chromium(using linux mint) so the thread got duplicated.

This particular company has already been reported by a local news station here roughly three or four years ago. I outrank them already I just hate to see google show them in the serps when I know they are taking advantage of our community. They go door knocking during the day when most people are working but not the elderly.
