Need someone to set up a basic forum

I would like someone to set up a forum in my site. For example, there are five links on my main Wordpress blog page and I'd like one of those links to take users to our forum. The site is all ready to go and you can us either MyBB 1.6, Simpleress 4.4.x, phpBB 3.x, PunBB 1.x

Keep in mind the forum doesn't need to be customized or anything like that. If you know what you are doing this shouldn't take long and I can pay $20 for this job.

For those with iTrader of 15+ up, will gladly pay upfront.
