I take it this is for self-hosted WP blogs? Either way I am able to do this for you. Are you wanting pre-made templates (like the ones from Wordpress, and some on BHW)? I can usually have a self-hosted WP blog up and running within 24 hours (this includes creating the databases neccessary, selecting and uploading the right templates, finding and installing any plug-ins of your choice, etc). I can also submit your blogs to 100 search engines and 100 directories (once there is some content on there).
