Need someone to code a bot that is able to setup Hotmail spam filters

Hey,

We are in need of a bot that can take existing Hotmail accounts (login + password supplied), log into them and setup a custom spam filter. Basically it uses the "rules for sorting new messages" option in Hotmail and configures it to allow all emails containing "@" to land in the inbox. Thus essentially disabling Hotmail's spam filter.

If anyone has a working bot that can do this, or is able to code one, please get in touch with me to discuss specifics. Please bear in mind, we are NOT looking for a Hotmail account CREATOR. We are looking for a bot that can disable the spam filter on PRE-CREATED Hotmail accounts.
