Need someone to clone a website....

As the title suggests i need someone to clone a website and all its functions. It is a sports prediction website where users sign up and predict outcomes of games for fun, they can create leagues etc etc and play against each other.

Not sure this is possible and no clue as to how much this kind thing costs.

you can scrape the site as-is, but probably not the code behind it unless its public js scripts. likely however they have a backend where additional data is stored which can't be scraped.
someone would have to re-write the code to clone the site. of course it can be done, but will not be cheap it will likely be a few thousand. what is the budget for the project ?

If you are okay with re-creating the site, I can do it with Yii 2 (I am open to the framework choice. Cost will vary. No wordpress please.

). As @itz_styx said, it won't be cheap; but the site will do exactly what you like it to do.
