Need someone to build TIER 2 and TIER 3

Hi Guys,

I need someone that can build a few tiers to my money site. I have plenty of unique content being written by a copywriter at the moment, so will have about 10 articles done next Monday.
Well - now i need someone to create the first tiers (probably wordpress, weebly, tumblr??) with this content + add some images and make it look good, and after that build the TIER2 with some article spins and after that the TIER3 with whatever is left to do in TIER3 . I'm not very familiar will GSA(?) - but yeah that also sounds like something to do on tier3?

I would build with FCS Networker, then gsa to the FCS network and tier down as far as needed.

I am not offering to do this, but it is a technique which works and is very, very quick to do.

If you are still look by any chance, I can do the task on a good price. All Web 2.0 are created with pictures, videos and related resources. The 2nd Tier I can do manually and write 100% unique articles as same as the 1st tiers, ie with photos, videos and resources.
