Hi friends, i have one website, related finance investment, domain having related keyword, but when i type that keyword another finance crime related website (blog) is also coming on 2nd rank ..my client told me that it should not come on first page..any suggestion?

You need to build Quality link building like Guest blogs & Authority back links naturally with your keywords & both web page URL's

My website is in first rank..but another negative website is in second rank with same keyword..it should not be come first page on google.

Bro already my website is on first, but second rank is competitor's site with Negative or fraud ,and crime related..it is effecting to my visitors and clients. so i need to push down that competitor's site

As my knowledge, you can't push your competitors. If you on the first rank, who will come the second, I think you can't decide it. It depends on Google.

If the competitor's site has topics on something unrelated, why do you consider them a competitor? If you're target the right KW and your site is first, the 2nd rank won't even get clicks since its not what the searcher was looking for.

Learn about PBN (Private Blog Network). Search through BHW, you can easily get websites to buy them at affordable rates.

How is it affecting your visitors and clients? It is fine as long it's not about you or your brand's reputation that's showing up in serps. Just continue on building quality links, get more organic traffic.

You would need to rank a few alternative sites for the same keyword, and just ran above his site, if he's 2nd, you need 9 sites to push him to second page.
A pricey strategy, but how much do you want to dominate that niche?
