lists of good sites don't grow on trees
Have a look at the marketplace, there are dozens of sellers in there that have some lists of sites (you'll have to do your due diligence on how good they are, though):

Other lists of "good websites" (whatever good means for you, I don't know) are these:

Other lists of sites are these:

How good or bad these sites are I can't say because I don't know what your idea of "good websites" is, so you'll have to excuse me if I've linked you to sites that you dislike
Also, any suggestions on how to rank it are also welcome.
it depends on a lot of things...
Is your domain fresh (never registered before)? If it's fresh and you've been sandboxed you will need to get out of the sandbox first, which means that you need to wait for anywhere between 3 to 12 months or more.
If your domain is not fresh and you're still not ranking it could be because any of these reasons...
- google penalty
- YMYL niche with your site lacking proper EAT
- tough niche / competition / keywords
- thin content / low quality content
- no backlinks
- no / low domain authority
- no / low topical authority
- bad site (low speeds, broken links, 404 pages, redirects, etc)
- if you have a local site you might lack citations
- site being blocked by noindex tags / robots.txt file / .htaccess file / Wordpress settings
Many reasons, honestly and you've not given any important info for us to tell why you might not rank
