Wooservers. I have used them for everything under the sun. Email marketing (non spam and once for spam awhile back), scrapebox, bots, senuke, GSA, etc. They have never messaged me with any issues and their pricing is reasonable. Also, they allow you to choose where your IP comes from. They give you 3 different choices.

I search in google for cloud hosting. By far the cheapest vps services you will find are on the cloud.

linux or windows hosting ? many offers you can get at lowendbox , i m using some cheap windows vps 1.5GB for 10$/month

Windows, I forgot to mention that... @Conforama, is it working fine? Programs run easily?
