You can run bing/native ads to your lander promoting MB CPA offers.
I have used bing before and they convert well. The traffic is low though.

I'm not sure about video ads. Are you consider testing some PPC networks? there are many other offers. its always good to try several alternatives if you testing push notifications traffic you can try with admaven Im running too.
any success with push ads? i tried running push ads on admaven before but i kinda failed

I just created an account and the next day morning received a call and explained to them as of now I don't have any experience but will try. They just approve my account.
