Need some help with building private high pr network

I'm planning to buy a bunch of high pr domains and use them to rank my money site. I have read this works great, but I'm not certain how to go about this. I'm hoping someone here can answer my questions:

1) When you buy a high pr domain, can you only put high pr link on homepage? If you build a new page, this has PR0, right?
2) Can I put multiple keywords on that homepage, each linking to another page and targeting a different keyword (but related)? How many links maximum per page?
3) My money site has 20 pages that each target a keyword. What would be an ideal number of high pr domains to 'boost' this website? (total or per page).

Just go to the BST section and you will find the person.

Your right about the PR, if you build a new page it will be a PR-0 and not much link juice will flow.

Try to host your sites on different hosts and IP's.

For maximum ranking, target your main money page and don't dilute the link juice by building more links to the same site from the same page.

For higher PR domains, new pages will still have a fair amount of juice flowing to them as long as they are linked to from the homepage. A subpage that is linked to from a PR5 homepage will easily be a PR3 with the next update (which means it already has the juice of a PR3, it just isn't showing on the PR toolbar until the update rolls out).
