Need Some Help Regarding an Amazon Affiliate Account!

Hello Everyone, I hope you guys are doing well.

I recently sold a blog monetized with Amazon Affiliate products. The problem is that the new owner is still using my affiliate links, even though I've already contacted him, and he said he is aware of it and is now working on it.

Do you think my Amazon Affiliate account can be banned due to this issue, despite the fact that I have removed the ownership of that blog? Also, I've started a new blog and linked it to my current Amazon affiliate account. What else should I do? Will Amazon review my blog overtime, or I'm missing something here?

The main question is what you do when you remove your only site from your Amazon Affiliate Account and replace it with a brand new one (with content but no traffic)?
