Need some help from a Moderator

Hey guys, I'm new to posting in the forum and I need to get in touch with a moderator.

How do I do it, since I cannot send PMs yet?

This is somewhat related to the problem I need help with: for some reason my post count has stuck at 13, so I cannot PM anybody, including the mods.
