I need suggestion about IOS emulator for windows 10.where I can install apps whatever I want. basically dating apps.

There is no such thing as an IOS emulator.

You're either going to buy a second hand one the cheaper iphone6 or iphone5s and jailbreak it for your needs.

Sorry but can't help with that, the best I can do is really to give you the link for some site which emulates the view of that things to everything else out there. Do you really need that ? Let me know cause I can provide or you really can google it.
