Hey guys, I just want to ask this: will google penalize my site if I copied my content on other sites even though I have the owner's permission and I indicated the source of that content in my post? Will it affect my site's ranking? Thanks.

Copying content wholly is not useful for SEO, but it would be useful to your visitors if it's good content. Think re-blogging portions of good articles, aggregating info, and linking back to the original article - that's useful.

So in this case, what's the reason for the copied content? You're just trying to fill up your site with good content or just with content?
