Need some guidance with PPI

Hey guy's, recently i stumbled upon some thread here about PPI and i kinda got interested, i have few questions and i dont seem to find any answers on the web.

Which network is good? Wich network has no limit on filesize and maybe they give out some exe that i can manually combine from my pc? without the neeed to upload to their server the redownload. and also how will antiviruses react on such a file. And last thing, is it actually worth the bother? Looking forward to some replies..
