    Hey guys,

I took action on a thread here about quick flippin expired domain names for xxx,

I found some Really good ones (i think) that are good and brandable and have

a descent age as to when they first were registered. As I've gotten these domains,

Perhaps I'm emotionally attached to them but I'd hate to let them go for only a hundred bucks or less.

I'm feeling like I'd much rather turn them into a little site and sell them for between $500-$1500
maybe $2000, there is one domain I think I could get even more for a site because it's a very good "statement"
    in the financial industry.

I need Quicker cash and chunks of some thousands because I'm getting married in Dec and we're behind on the budget.
So I'm looking for 2 week turn around if that's at all possible.

I'm thinking a word press theme and perhaps, rss feed of topical news. Written content, vids pics

adsense, but I don't know much about traffic outside of fb ads.

Will someone Pay $500 - $1500 for "Potential"?

Can someone point me towards any tools resources, themes etc? Any guidance whatsoever? Is this a ridiculous Idea?

Being emotionally attached to something like a domain is a luxury for billionaires. If I were in your situation, only thing I would get emotionally attached to would be cash!

Most probably not. If you can get $100-200 just for the domain, sell it. Then repeat it as many times as you can. 2 weeks is normally too less time to get some traffic and revenue going for a site. And people won't pay 1000 bucks for a site with no traffic and revenue. Unless the domain is EXCEPTIONALLY good and rare (rare case).

There are plenty of themes in the downloads section if you want to go with that route.

Thanks for the response BK, what other routes are there to go?

What is a more realistic turn around time?
