Hi guys,
I am launching a website which I want geo-targetted to different countries i.e. I have a section I want uk readers to land on, US etc.
Is the best way to have one website and geo-target specific directories e.g. mydomain.com/uk, mydomain.com/ie or to get tld such as .co.uk .ie etc
Also does it make a difference that my URL structure is going to be quite similar in each of the directories (although content different) i.e.
mydomain.com/uk/pets/dogs/retrievers.html
mydomain.com/ie/pets/dogs/retrievers.html
Any feedback (particularly if you have experience in this) would be appreciated
