Need some advice for personal FB ban

Try creating another business page and redo it carefully. It's best to hire an advertising service so you don't have to worry about being banned anymore.

You can do this, but if you get banned again, you might need to use an agency to run your ads to save stress.
 
1, You violated the community rule for creating two personal FB accounts, then you shouldn't recreate a new one. Technically you can, using the same name won't hurt but the moment you reupload your media, FB will recognize your face, image, video,...and then you will be banned shortly after. The reason you were banned at the first place is FB recognizes your face at two different accounts and (maybe) some one anonymously reported you for that reason.

2, FB don't recognize brand. Just make sure you don't reupload the same images and videos on your previous page and you are good to go.
 
To limit account costs if you get banned a lot at this time, try renting an account, and see how the quality of their service can support you.
 
Don't worry about your brand. You violated a community rule, not an advertising policy. It's like you are the owner of a restaurant and you just got detained because you hit some one in the face. Your restaurant won't be closed.

Try to create a new fb page and new account you will have no problem to do that.
 
Usually there will be no problem at all. But if you create from an old account, it will be much better and you will not have to worry too much

1. You can create new FB account, verify it with your ID to confirm identity, nothing wrong there.
2. Create new page on your new verified account, fill in all the info about your business on page etc. (website, location, working hours etc.)
 
You can consider rent a Facebook account from agent and you don't have to worry for meta banning your account.
 
There will be no problem for you to create a new account under your name.

Do everything as much as possible like real users, watch videos, and reel a lot without needing likes or comments
 
Don't buy a new one, create a new one, I had the same issue. I wanted to create a new account but the minute I did I got insta ban. You want your own account, perfect and without any vpn, or fake stuff, if ever comes a time to verificate it will have no issues. Just get a new phone number, new phone or formatted phone and create the account, it will stay 100%. Few years in and my account is still good. The problem is Meta has near to zero support or all AI messages. Warm up the account, invite your real friends and better yet, let them send a friend invite. Do easy in the first days, and then your account will be good to go. I do recommend some fake accounts, to manage your postings, I have a few created also with a new number same process and still after a few years still going. At the start of my new accounts, I even got a second internet line from a different ISP, and connected a laptop there that i only used for these accounts.
 
Maybe you're too worried about your trademark being banned, don't worry.
