Need some advice for personal FB ban

Hello all,

I encountered an issue and need some advice from you. Thank you for your time in advance!

I have a shirt brand in the US. Last year my personal FB, Business page, business Instagram and personal Instagram were all banned because I violated the community rule for creating two personal FB accounts. I reach Meta but I cannot get my accounts back.

I have a couple of questions,

1, can I still create a new FB personal account and then create another page for my business? (Let's say using a new number, new ip and device etc.) I heard that If someone got banned, this is forever! Meta would trace that person and take it down no matter what.

2,If I cannot create a new account again, can I ask a friend to create my business page at his personal FB account? (I wonder if FB would ban my brand as well because it is associate with me.)

There shouldn't be any problems creating a new account under your name. There shouldn't be a problem doing this.
 
Yes, you can still create new FB without a problem.
 
The fastest way is to rent an account from an agent, you won't have to worry about being banned by meta or anything.

If you are banned from the platforms you are on, you should make other choices and have someone else create the page
 
The problem is very simple, why don't you rent an account at an agent, you will save a lot of time and no longer have to worry about your account being banned.

you should change the whole device to make your ip cleaner. that's quite necessary

I don’t get why meta and Instagram target pages like that. I own two Facebook personal accounts, also have a business page and also have mutiple Instagram accounts that I run all on the same ip. I use those accounts almost everyday and never had an issue. But mind you these accounts are all old probably this rule didn’t exist back then. I think this only applies to new accounts moving forward. But to answer your question to bypass this, create the account in a different ips and make sure when you log into them you always change it to the ip you created it with before logging in.

2. You can rent accounts from reputable agents. If your account is banned, they will replace you with a new account. You won't need to worry about your account being banned anymore
 
Don't worry, try creating a new fb account and page. If that fails you can think about a rental service, they will provide you with strong account and will replace it when banned
 
You can rent accounts from agencies. There they will support you with everything. You just need to prepare the content for your product
