Need Some Advice For My Landing Page

Ok guys, I have a landing page in which i send ppc traffic to it in order to build my list. My question is would it be better to send them to an article type landing page where the item they want is my ebook in which they must subscribe. Or should I do the usual type squeeze page with bullet points and talk about the benefits of my ebook from there. The type of answer I am looking for is if option A brings more engaged subscribers but there will be less optin and more money from my list or is option B better because I will probably get more subscribers but they may be less engaged which equals less money. If you guys could post your case studies or give me some pointers it will all be appreciated. Thanks

not much experienced with opt-in landing pages, but as a browser myself, i think if you want immediate subscription or immediate results you should go with the picture of the freebie that you provide on opting in and off course a catchy headline with couple benefits in bullet points.
If your content is top notch and you are confident that after reading your article people will immediately subscribe then you should go for it and put some pop up subscription once the reader reaches the end of the article.
But again, its all about testing, testing and more testing and comparing the results!
