Why can't you just search what is existing on this forum already, or just spend time working on whatever you need to do, rather than learn everything. You can learn as you go along with a practise project for buttons.

Hmmmmm...

sybil Kelley, welcome to BHW!

You're not getting a lot of responses because of what BHW members are reading.

I'm going to translate your message; just so you know, "This is gonna hurt a little bit."

Watch this clip, you'll get it.

Hey guys,
I'm a newborn baby who is incapable of using the search features on BHW.
I need to be spoon feed and then burped!
Please plan my SEO journey for me.

Cheers!
Da Baby.

Hope you have a sense of humor and let's get to work!

What ever in life you want to learn, you must fully grasp the fundamentals of first. I think you should first focus on learning about what the main purpose of SEO is from a users perspective, Google's perspective, and ALL the factors that contribute to it. You say you're a newbie so I assume you know some of it, but not all.

Once you understand all of that I'm pretty sure knowledge you acquire later through any means will be crystal clear and easy to understand. Start with strong fundamentals.

Search BHW for on-page SEO. This is all about how you structure your content, keywords in headings, keyword density, page speed, etc.

Then once you have an understanding of that, search for off-page SEO. Which is more about link building, social media, etc.

There is a free course on sem rush , its 3 hours but goes into detail on how to use the tools. Its a little dry but will improve ability
Plus you get a certification afterwards

When I studied SEO, I also read some superficial articles from the Internet, but in fact, this is a very broad topic and there are very few really intelligent experts in this matter. All other people write is that you need to find relevant keywords, start writing articles and buy backlinks correctly. This is somewhere around %0.0001 knowledge of the entire SEO ... In any case, learn everything gradually to become a true expert. This can take 1-2 years if you do it every day.

Hi Sybil...:p

Make Your Content User-Friendly and Pick Short Domain. Short domain names are easier for people to remember.
When you’re searching your site in the search engines make sure to find all the variations of your site.
:) :) :) :)

Try to start learning through reading blogs like
SEMRush blogs
Neil Patel blogs

Try to publish some videos in your blog explaining your product/service. Video is more important now than it has ever been. Pay attention to the user's purpose. Begin to establish your experience, authority, and dependability. Get the content as user-friendly as possible. Customer testimonials are also very common. Consider keywords that aren't "exact match."
