Need Scrapebox guru for relevant backlinks

I know there are a ton of Scrapebox sales threads here, but I am not interested in thousands of irrelevant links.

Here is what I need:

1. Highly relevant blogs (I will provide the winning bid with my main niches)
2. Comments that are related to my niche. No generic comments.
3. A separate scape and list of highly relevant blogs that require approval. I need this for my staff to comment manually.
4. All blogs can have a range of PR to look more natural.

So to review, I need two services here. As many links as possible dropped with SB and with relevant comments. And a separate scape and list of highly relevant blogs to give my staff for manual commenting.
