Need Reseller agreements for drop shipping

Hi Everyone,

I have been having a really hard time getting a Merchant Account for my business, they always ask for reseller agreements, i had a Merchant Account through TSYS and they shut me down after i told them i didn't have any,

I am wanting to see if anyone on this forum would be able to make me a few reseller agreements, I get all my products from Amazon and Walmart, Wayfair Supply.

I contacted a few suppliers and they told me they don't do reseller agreements and that i just place the order and they ship it to the address i provided them with.
