$1 for 1,000 words is ridiculous not just a little low... and with a 24 hour turn around time. Expect to spend more like $20 - $50 for this.

I think he may have meant that he needs 1,000 words, but is paying $1 per 100 words... so a total of $10 bucks. I mean $1 for 100 words is standard for content for websites... but a research paper takes way more work. He should be paying at least $25 for the paper.
