Mostly keywords have medium competition and to rank social profiles on them isn't much harder. Blog comments at least 500 must be high PR direct to social profiles with relevant keywords and high PR GSA campaign also pass good link juice but all GSA verified link must be submitted thrice with some good paid indexer. I'm sure some keywords boost their SERP with this.
