Need Regular Helper For Interspire Set Up's - Regular Pay

Hi, I've been using Interspire for the last several months and I had someone setting up a basic set up no PMTA for around $100 each time. I'm using Russian VPS for obvious reasons (tolerate complaints) 15 ip

However the set ups which I've paid one fella to do are often unstable, I've been told that its because sometimes I run multiple campaigns at the same time but I get strange errors like one copy I can't even sign in with the correct password right now

I have a cracked copy of Interspire and I installed it myself but at the moment I'm having trouble configuring Cron and I only have 1 ip so its slow.
I basically need someone who can set these up on basic set up, also maybe fix the ones which aren't working properly
