There is a new BST that I reviewed that does that for you at a pretty reasonable price if you want to outsource that.
I was quite impressed with what we ended up with after all was said and done.

Scrapebox is maybe not the best tool for this. It can crawl thru a website and scrape mails, but I think you need to be logged in to see a lot of the mails and scrapebox does not support authentication.
I did a google search for such not that long ago and came up with at least 1 tool that does it, and I think several more that I didnt' really look into.
