What does everyone use to check a list of URLs to see if they're indexed in a particular search engine?

Scrapebox can do it for Google and Bing.

I have SB, where do you load them into to check indexed stats?

Call me silly but I would go to the tutorials they offer on the SB site.

I guess so cause I've had it forever and wasn't aware of this. Maybe I'll learn a ton of new stuff.

Copy and past your URLs into the harvester. On the right site you will see "check index" and there will be a drop down menu that says Google or Bing. EZ Peezy. :p
