I recommend to create only 1 YT account /proxy in order to avoid being blocked by google

You can use 2 YT PVA with one Private proxy. Make sure that the proxy is not blacklisted already, because most of the providers say that there proxies are good, but actually they are some how not good for YT anymore. Because, mostly they are already used with google/youtube (in some manner) for spamming.
I'm telling this, after getting feedback from my customers. No one would like to mention his source for proxies, if he knows that if he mentioned, those proxies will be spammed till death and he'll lose his own source of private proxies (**If his source is good for him.)

I recommend to create yourself the accounts.
With a good virgin proxy you will be able to create accounts without reaching phone verification. Also you can check the proxies against database blacklist on www.dnsbl.info or place the proxy ip in google to see what results you get

Guys i Bought 5 Deticated proxies for youtube /2$ Per Proxy. i opening it by mozila firefox when i am entering my youtube account or makeing new it need to verify with Phone what can i do in this situation? the proxy seller sad that his proxy is working for youtube. i bought it there buyproxies.org

If you have erased your cookies before creating the account, then the ips you are using are 100% blacklisted by google (youtube).
